How can I clear subject and other memory in Letter Wizard?

In the Letter Wizard the subject and recipient fields accumulate the names
and topics of my letters and I do, not know how to delete them.

You should always mention the version of Word you're working in when asking a
question...

Most of these entries are stored as AUTOTEXT (Insert/AutoText/AutoText), and
can be deleted in the "management" dialog box.
