How can I check Defaul of Oping My Documents ?

I don't store my pictures, my music, etc in 'My Documents', yet
everytime I donload somesome it opents to My Documents.

Must be a change I can make, or am I too fussy ?

TweakUI from PowerToys will let you move and/or rename those folders.
