How can I change Word to use Outlook instead of Outlook Express

I have already changed the program in Internet Explorer from Express to
Outlook but, Word still delivers my word emails through Express. Help!!!
 
There is another setting in Outlook itself that may help: Tools | Options |
Other: Make Outlook the default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar.
