Tried numerous times to answer this question [ How can i change the page to
have two pages like in a book] but a prompt message said "There is a fault,
message not sent" so for the benefit of the writer [Karma] why not change the
page to Landscape instead of Portrait then select two columns. S Fox

The web interface frequently generates an error when you try to answer a
message that is empty (that is, when the message body is blank).

FWIW, "two pages like in a book" make me think of mirror margins and/or
different odd and even headers (and footers). You can set these options in
the Page Setup dialog box.

To display the dialog box: In Word 2007, click the Page Layout ribbon tab.
In the Page Setup group, click the dialog launcher button (the one on the
bottom right). In Word 97-2003, click File | Page Setup.
