How can I change the default settings of address placement on enve

Has anyone found a way to make Word 2003 remember the settings of an address
on envelope ie horizontal and vertical positon, without keep resetting it in
the otions menu?
 
You can change the position of the frame that is part of the Envelope
Address style.
