How can I change my recipient mail settings

I need to change my settings so that when I send mail, the only thing that
shows in the TO address bar is my saved contacts nickname and not thier full
address. How can I do this?

The email will still get delivered with just the nickname showing. You don't
need to have the whole address showing
 
Windows Mail only shows the complete name and email address of a contact.
If you enter a group name, then only the group name is shown.

What email program are you using?

You can't. What is shown depends on the recipient's mail program. Your
email program has to include the email address so that the Internet knows
where to deliver it.
