how can i change my keyboard language?

Hi! I was working in Word with my French keyboard settings, but suddenly it
changed into the English setting. Which is the shortcut key to change it
again? I didn't find it... Thanks for your help!
 
Left Alt + Shift is the default - if not, go to the Language Bar Tools >
Options and check or change it.
