It depends on what you mean by "break". It is very easy to simply change
the password, takes longer to find out what it is so why bother? Google
for what you need or tell us why you want to do this.

Even if he says somebody changed it on him without his permission, I
wouldn't believe him.

Becoz of some problem we removed the system from domain.Now i have to
login with local user.But unfortunatly some bady changed local admin
password.While removing from my domain we are disabled network
connection also. Now i have to reset or break the password of local
admin.

Any help?

Now you know that before you remove a computer from the domain, you should
change the local admin password to one you know (or setup another admin
user).

Download Offline NT Password (Image), burn to CD and boot the
system from it. Allows you to Nullify the Administrator password.
Just follow the prompts which will step you through the process.

Sure, use NTpasswd to change the local administrator's password to a
blank. Not counting downloading the program and making the cd, it will
take under 5 minutes.
