How can I adjust my vertical ruler in Word?

I have Office set to "Outline View", but my vertical ruler does not show the
full 11" page view - only the printable page area of 9-inches. It did
previously, however. How can I adjust this so that I can view the full page
lengthe with the 1" top & bottom margins?

I have this problem. How do I resolve it and get my 11 incher ruler back?
