how can I add a yahoo account to outlook

hi everyone,
Is it possible to add a yahoo account to outlook?
 
You can pay Yahoo for POP access to your account - it's a small annual fee.
 
unless you have the paid account that offers pop3 access, you can't. Outlook
uses webdav and yahoo doesn't.
