Yes, but you must have Yahoo's paid service to do so. They do not offer
free POP accounts, which is what is required to set it up in Outlook.

I've been using their paid service for years, and it is a very reasonable
fee, something less that $40 per year, I think.

Alternatively, GMail offers POP support for free with their service and it
also works well.

If you have the Mail Plus service from Yahoo, you can find out what the
correct settings for your account are by logging into Yahoo webmail, click
the Options link in the upper right corner of the Yahoo Mail window, then
select Mail Options. In that window, select the option on the left for POP
& Forwarding, then click the link for Set Up POP and Forwarding. In that
screen, you will find a link titled "POP Settings" that will give you what
you need for your account to be set up in Outlook. Different accounts may
be on different mail servers, so it is best to look your settings up rather
than use the settings from another Yahoo customer.
