How can I add a co-worker to the most SUPERIOR?

I wish to add a co-worker, or two, to the Superior level and can't seem to be
able to so so. Can anyone help with this matter?

Do you really want to have three bosses?
Normally this can't be done natively, what I always do to work around it :
- click on the Layout button on the toolbar
- click on Autolayout to disable it
- now ctrl+drag a copy of the box at the highest level
- click on the original bosses box and move it.
- click on the copy to select it
- go to drawing toolbar and select the AutoShape button
- choose connector lines
- drag a connector line from the copied box to the rest of the
organizational chart
Under no circumstance enable Autolayout again.
