How can I actually delete a Junk mail from its own folder

How can I actually delete a Junk mail from its own folder without handling it
again?

If you want to check it, you'll have to delete manually to send to Deleted
Items folder or shift+delete to permanently delete it. If you don't even want
to check it, you can change the junk mail handling to delete instead of
sending to Junk Mail folder--risky. I just shift + delete without opening.
