Hi all,

In my department an order is send out by mail to a supplier. This
mail is replied by the supplier (confirmation) before the order is
actually shipped.

Now the question is how can I filter out the messages that are
replied (confirmed), and of course the messages that are not
replied yet? This is done completely manually now .....

All the best, Bert

Version of Outlook would be helpful info (always include that in here).
Outlook 2003 has many organizing features that can make this and other
things easier (search folders, etc)....and you can also set up custom views
and rules, even in older versions.

Hi,

The version is outlook xp.

I can get all my sent items in one specific folder, and the
replies too using rules. But there are many messages and among
them some wich did not receive a reply.
I also tried the search folders from the 2003 version. But that
won't help getting what I want .... a list of unanwered mails.

Hope this extra info will be of use.
I also posted another question (different subject) in another
thread that might help solving this.

Best, bert
