search / filter messages beginning with ...

Hello all,

I'd like to figure out a way to search (and ultimately filter using a
rule ....) all messages *beginning* with a specific word / set of words.

I actually receive automatic updates from a workflow, whose subject
begins with "IT Update: <...>". I'd like to automatically send
(silently) those email to a specific folder, yet not the possible
replies (that would then look like : "Re: IT Update: <...>") that are
likely to be more personnal messages ! A simple filter on "IT Update:"
would catch both ....any hint someone ?

BTW - if the address is not unique, try filtering on subject, except if
subject contains RE:
