How can file time/date stamps be corrected?

I have two sets of digital photographs, taken with two different cameras. The
clocks on the two cameras were not in sync. I would like to adjust the time
stamps on one set so that they could be collated by time with the other set. Is
there some simple way to do this?

Thanks, but unless I misunderstand the "readme" it won't do what I need. I want
to supply a time delta, and have the time on each selected file changed by that
amount from its current value. There are several hundred files, and doing them
one-by-one is not practical.

Any other possibilities?
