How can be detected if an Outlook profile is corrupted ?

Hi,

I would like to verify in a program if an Outlook profile is valid or not
( is not corrupted ). Is there a method to do this ?

Valid or corrupted are different things.
Valid; account exists
Corrupted; errors in mail profile

Valid; Test Account button in Account Setup
Corrupted; not possible as it can be many many things, you'll know when
working with it
