How add users in XP Home

My daughter upgraded her PC from Win98 to XP Home. She says she was
never asked for a user name or password and that Users and Groups does
not appear in Computer Management.

How do you set up users on XP Home? Note I use Win2k Pro and am not
very familiar wth XP.

To open User Accounts, click Start, click Control Panel, and then click
User Accounts.

Hi,
Log in as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group in
order to complete this procedure.

Open User Accounts in Control Panel.
On the Users tab, click Add.
Follow the instructions on the screen to add a new user
