How 2 make a delete

Hello I am Very New to Access2003 And I am in need of help.. I need to make
a form or table or something that will delete a customer after that customer
has been added for a while.. so when I run a report asking it to show me how
many customers have been delted it will show this and the customer list will
nothave that customers name in it.. hope that makes sense to someone..
I also need a form that will take what i have in inventory - what i sold =
to the balance... after that I will close out the databse and if I sold
osmething again I open it and it show the new total for the inventory ex

Inventory 10
Sold 6
Balance 4

3 days later i sellsomething else i open DB and the new inventory shows that
I have 4 now Any hep? Please this has to be done by monday morning or I will
be in the hot seat please help

Hi Tammy,

....so when I run a report asking it to show me how many customers have
been deleted it will show this and the customer list will not have that
customers name in it....

Certainly do-able, however, this may not be something that is appropriate to
try at the "getting started" level of Access. Why do you care about a count
of deleted records?
