I have a company that sells items on the internet and wanted to create a database to help keep up with inventory and profit on each item sold. I have been able to do this with Excel but feel it is time to use Access. I have different products that I order in quantities from 15 to 100. This changes the per unit cost of these items so I need to be able to enter the quantity and price per order. I want to be able to track what each item sold for and be able to see quantity on hand, number of units sold, and profit for each. I am a new to Access so any help on how to layout the tables would be appreciated.
