hovering curser

When i hover over a picture a icon used to apear top left of the picture to
save open or print how do I get this to re-apear
 
Presuming you are talking about inetrnet explorer, you can enable this tool
bar by checking the check box at
Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Multimedia ->
Enable Image toolbar
 
Thank you for your help, its not available in internet explorer 7, which is
why it does not work any more.
