hour glass keep coming on

Could someone please tell me what may be causing my hour glass to keep
coming on, it makes the screen flicker like it is doing something, have
already went to the trouble shooting about flickering and that hasnt helped,
also ran scan check..please if u can help thank you very much

Are you working with a Microsoft Access database when this happens?

If this is not Access-related, then you may have posted to the wrong
newsgroup.
