Hotmail through Outlook

I am trying to set up my hotmail account through
Outlook. When i go to TOOLS->E-MAIL ACCOUNTS->ADD A NEW
E-MAIL ACCOUNT the option HTTP is greyed out.

Do i need some sort of plug-in?

What version of Outlok are we talking about here? Is it also greyed out when
you try to add it by going to Control Panel-> Mail?
If so, is it also greyed out when you start of with a new profile?
