hotmail synchronizing error (0x80004005) in outlook 2002

I used to have no problem checking my hotmail account from Outlook, all of a
sudden it stops working and reports this error everytime.
"task 'Hotmail: folder:inbox synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x80004005)..."
can anyone help?

Thanks but i found out you now have to subscribe and pay for hotmail in order
to use it with outlook and outlook express.
