Hotmail Server trying to access local ports

Guys at Microsoft,

Please shut down the 64.4.8.24 (gfx.law9.hotmail.com) machine. Looks like
it has virus on it. It is trying to access every possible port on my
machine. My firewall seem to be stopping it for now.

It's trivial to spoof an IP address, it's very likely the attack is not
emanating from this IP address.
