Hotmail Problem

All of a sudden, why I try to write, or respond to, a message using hotmail,
all I get is a box in my taskbar, which I then have to maximize. Anybody
know how I can get the full expanded hotmail page back again?

Well, we don't know if your Hotmail is on Outlook or on a web based
interface program/application?.
If you have a security or protection software can block pop-up windows or
programs, you need to tell us about third-party application installed for us
to pin point the culprit.
Also what happened or changed to make this happen, did you installed a new
software or hardware to make this.
