HOTMAIL NOTIFICATION

Outlook should ket me be notified by a sound when my hotmail or http account
receives a message as my main default inbox. This is a no-brainer. Why can't
I be notified by beep when someone sends my an e-mail on my personal
accounts?

That's like asking for a whistle to sound for you at work when the postal
carrier drops a letter into your home mail box.
