Hotmail not accessible

I am trying to access the hotmail inbox, but it doesnt open up. i mean it
shows that it is loading but it stays like this all the time and the windows
logo at the top right corner is moving all the time.
first i thought there is a problem with the IE but than i had the same
problems with the netscape as well.
so tell me wat to do

Assuming you also use MSN Messenger, open it and see if you can navigate to
your Inbox from there.
