Hotmail fake "out of quota" messages - help!

P

Paloma Etienne

Dear friends:

Does anyone know about this problem?

For the last two weeks I have been unable to receive emails from
colleagues and friends based in several parts of the world(some
messages have got through). They get "out of quota" error messages
when they try to send me a message. It happens to almost everybody
that tries to email me. The messages sent are just text and I have
over one and a half Gigabytes left of storage!! I can't even cc
messages to myself when I send them. My account is on a complete
hault. I am no longer receiving anything. Please, find out below what
happens when someone tries to email me!!!!! This is my principal email
account and I depend on it for work and personal emailing. Hotmail
Support has only replied once and said that it is a problem with my
temp files and cookies!!! Has anyone suffered such problem?? Please,
answer on (e-mail address removed) on Yahoo as Hotmail is not working.

Thanks!!

Paloma Etienne

Was your browser hit with a virus or spyware? reguardless you can start a new
msn/hotmail account. The old one might be corrupted happened to me when my
browser got hijacked. You can contact msn and ask them about the status of
you hotmai account. Just get them to reply to your primary e-mail account.
