Hotmail error

Unable to read email. Error Message:Internet Explorer has
caused an error in MSGSC.DLL The window closes everytime I
try to open email.
 
MSGSC.DLL is an MSN Messenger file. Reinstall your current version or
upgrade to version 6.1. Your anti-virus application and all other running
programs should be closed before doing either.
