hotmail displays page error

i've sent a msg about this problem in the same newsgroups
about a month ago.i've update all the critical updates
but still the page cannot be diplayed when i tried to log
in into my hotmail account.now i got the same problem on
a computer which i've already format and installed a
fresh winXP.after that i update all the critical updates
on this computer but when i tried to log in into my
hotmail account for the first time the same problem
occured.how can this be on a newly fresh computer?pls
help?
