Hi, I was troubleshooting one of my user's xp system regarding logining into
her hotmail account.
At first, after keying the username/password and hitting enter, the IE
screen just went blank with Done showing
on the status bar. I installed SP1 and rebooted. I can now login into
hotmail but the the login screen changes to just
a blank screen with the passport login windows. There's no news or other ads
that should have been there. The url is the same.

Any suggestion to get back the original screen? Could it be Norton's issue?
