Hotmail and Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

I've had a hotmail.com account since July 2001 and Microsoft Office Outlook
2003 works well with Hotmail on my laptop.

However, the new desktop cannot access my Hotmail account using Microsoft
Office Outlook 2003.

I seem to remember that a download was necessary when I got the laptop a
couple of years ago, does anyone know if this is still available?
 
You cannot set up new HTTP connections anymore with a free Hotmail account.
Download and install the Outlook Connector instead, it's a much more stable
connection anyway and offers a lot more features than the default HTTP
connection.
