I have two hotmail accounts and a cable email account in MS Outlook. I must
reconnect to each hotmail account every time I restart outlook and do a sent
& receive.

Define what you mean by "reconnect".

When I open Outlook and then "send & receive" I get new messages in the
hotmail accounts but they will not open until I go to "File" and "connect to
the hotmail account" then they will open.

I just received this from MSN, it may be the problem??

Not that I can see. I got that same message and my Outlook WebDAV account
still works just fine. To see my folders at Hotmail, I simply open the
Hotmail message store. No "connect" required.

Brian, I have it working now?? But I can not get the two hotmail accounts to
open automatically when I open “Outlook†The “Outlook Today-(Personal
Folders)†expands automatically but the hotmail folders, I must manually
change the folder box from + to - to get them to expand.

That seems to be the case for me as well, but I find it a non-issue.
