Do I have to pay for a hotfix? I thought I could just
download it, but I don't see an option for it.
Specifically, I have the W32time incorrect time-standby
MS Knowledge base article 832936.

So, if you have the problem described in this KB article, you needn't pay
for the hotfix..
Pls call MS and they should send you the fix.

You don't have to pay for hotfixes. If you read the text carefully at
the page it says they may charge for any tech help you ask for that is
NOT related to the hotfix issue. Go ahead and call them up and only ask
for the hotfix you need.
