hotbar

is just me or am i finding that i scan and find a hotbar adware and remove it
reboot, and its back
i go into safe mode run a scan, its there!... remove it
boot to normal mode, its still there
anybody run into this?

Go to a command prompt
type " cd\ " press enter
"cd windows" enter
"cd updated program files" enter
"dir/p" enter
"del initial.inf" enter
that should clear it, then run the scan to remove it from the registry.
it fixed mine.

Disable it in IE tools programs manage plugins
this stops it from runing but its still picked up by the antispyware on
reboot.
