hotbar tools

When I switch on PC warning says " some components on hotbar tools are
disabled or missing". I click the fix option but it happens every time.
What should I do?

Uninstall hotbar. It's spyware/adware.

Thanks! Success. As you can probably gather I'm a novice. Can you help with
my other problem? When I nsert a CD of photos the CD appears to be blank.
Is this a Windows problem? Or what? What do I do?
