Hotbar detection

Greetings!
Working on a machine that had its fair share of spyware,
etc, all cleaned up now. Installed MS AntiSpyware hoping
to prevent further issues. Now every time the computer
boots up, MS claims that HotBar is trying to install?
I've told it to block several times, I even let it
install, but nothing installs. There's nothing in the
startup areas that would load anything, & every other
anti spyware tool comes up negative. (adaware, spybot)
Ideas?
Now going to uninstall & reinstall & see what happens...

Send a suspect spyware report from the tools menu.
Scan with Microsoft AntiSpyware, Adaware and spybot again, but this time in
safe mode. Also empty your temporary internet files folder.

Restart in safe mode instructions:

Looks like uninstall/reinstall solved the issue? I did
run everything under safemode, all came up clean. We
shall see....

Thanks!
