Hot Sync with Palm Zire

When I try to synchronize Outlook 2003 with my Palm Zire 31, I receive an
error message, "Please set the option "Enable Synchronization when Outlook is
offline" in UI inorder to synchronize in Offline mode". Does anyone know how
to dop this? I can't find it in Outlook.

This would be in your third party sync software, not in Outlook.
