synchronize Palm One (zire 72) with Outlook?

I want to use Outlook as my calendar & address book with my Zire 72. But
even though the CD says synchronization is possible, nothing hapens.

Any help here?

Did you choose to sync with Outlook when you installed the Palm software ?
