hot sync palm IIIc with outlook 2003

I cannot seem to get my palm to hot sync with my PC since being upgraded to
outlook office 2003, it appears to be hotsyncing but none of the new
information is being shared.
Appreciate any help/

What software are you using for the synch? Have you checked with the vendor
to ensure it supports Outlook 2003 synching?
