Hot over "Hot Bar".... HELP PLEASE

Oh, what a mistake I made. I installed Hot Bar and can't
get this little sucker to unintall. It hides itself very
well deep in the registry.
I have tried Ad-Aware and SpyBot, and they can't get rid
of this parasite.
Someone ... PLEASE ... tell me how to get this thing out.
I have gone on searches (Toadware...which on search
results offers FREE removal, but not so), and like Ad-
Aware and SpyBot, it finds the little monster, but then
to get rid of it, wants $29.95
Can someone help me?

Thanks for the reply.
I'm sort of a "newbie" ... so I need a little more help.
Went to Line 195, saved the folder, and tried to open it,
but it doesn't do anything...
Do I need to do a cold boot or is the addition to the
registry supposed to automatically remove Hot Bar?

Some more info which may be helpful on this:
It does NOT appear in the Add/Remove list.
Ad-Aware and SpyBot S&D and SpyBlaster can't block it.
I've tried reinstalling and looking to see if it appears
in the Add/Remove list (it does not)
Since the Troubleshooting Line 195 enters into the
Registry, I've tried several times to shut down and cold
re-boot (does not help).
Iv'e gone to the Start Up Program list and checked it
off, and it won't disappear.
Seems like this little monster is deeply embedded and
won't give up.
A message to others who may be reviewing this:
DO NOT INSTALL HOTBAR ........

DON'T INSTALL HOT BAR FOR ANY REASON
I had used it in the past to send cute e-cards with
animation, but it has changed since then, and is strictly
spyware.

I once installed a program with no uninstaller.
There are uninstall utilities that can help doing this.
Glad you solved it.
