Host Process stopped working????

Hi All,
I have a new problem…
I keep getting the message:

Host process for Windows services stopped working and was closed!!!!

Anybody know what that about?

Look in the Event Viewer (eventvwr) for what happened. Doesn't sound good
to me either. Start with the System events.
