host and account and server name ?????

it says is this typed in correctly the above ???
i have no idea? i cnt send msgs emails???

Your email account provider should have the necessary server names and
settings on their website.
If you tell us who your email account is with, perhaps we can help you.

i had the same problem and i just called my server until i finally got a
support guy that knew what to do...everyone doesn't know what to do..keep
calling support
 
No need to call support. Practically every mail provider has a web page that
walks you through the email setup process.
