homepage resets

Everytime I start up my PC, the hompage on IE6 resets to coolwwwsearch or something! I heard this might be something called Spyware, so I downloaded and installed SpyBot Seek and Destroy. I've run this a few times and it hasn't solved it- can anyone help?

That is definitely the CoolWebSearch worm/spyware/whatever.
Search "CoolWebSearch" in any engine and there is stuff to
remove it (actually, them because there are about 3 dozen
varients). You may try looking at this site for info:

it describes CWS and offers a free CWShredder to fix it
but it has been recently attacked and has been down for
about a week.
There are other sites out there, so look around.
Also. play with the advanced SpyBotS&d - it gives you more
control over what SpyBotS&d does - it should be in the
folder and in Start Menu---Programs---Spybot.
