Homepage keep changing to this link: ink:res://fccjk.dll/index.html#28129
The setting keeps changing every time I open internet. I keep changing it
back but it won't stay. The default is the same. I tryed to change it in
sysedit but the same thing happens. I tryed to delete Internet Explorer but
it will not go away. I can not upgrade my Explorer because it will not
allow me. I have ran System Mechanic 4, Spy Ferret, Spyware Nuker, Registry
Mechanic, and Norton 2003 but nothing will find anything to fix problem.
What do I do?
