Does it identify any hijacker as present? You should also try restarting in
safe mode by pressing the F8 function key before the initial Windows screen
appears--and doing full, deep scans with Microsoft Antispyware.

What URL are you taken to? It would help to have a name to attach to the
problem.

Another useful thing to try, if Microsoft Antispyware doesn't spot this one,
is:
