Homepage changing and popups still occurring

Hi,
I have a problem keeping my homepage to stay on what I
want it to. What shows up instead is the following...
res://kjibv.dll/index.html#37049 or
res://bmigb.dll/index.html#37049
(other web addresses may also have shown up but these are
the ones I notice most often) The page has "Home search"
in the top left corner.

I have IE 6 and Windows XP version 5.1. I run Spybot S&D
1.2, Spyware Blaster version 3.2, and Antivir Personal
Edition V6.26.00.01 frequently and I remove anything that
is listed in these programs. I have removed cookies,
temporary internet files, and what is in my history
folder. I have changed the homepage under tools:internet
options and I have changed my browser homepage settings
in both Spybot and Spyware Blaster. Nothing seems to
help.

Also I installed the google toolbar to block popups but
popups are still geting through.

Any ideas would be appreciated,

You have a nasty parasites, run these 3 tools.

Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.

Download "Hijack This!" [freeware] Latest version is 1.98.

Unzip the Download file in a NEW FOLDER that you can create before you start
the download.
DO NOT install in your Desktop folder.
DO NOT use any of the TEMP folders that are presently in your computer.
Double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates "hijackthis.log")

Next, HijackThis | Config [button] | Misc Tools [button]
Click: Generate StartupList log [button] (generates "startuplist.txt")
