home xp jpg viewer help

Hi,
I have a dell with xp home edition.When I use agent to see
pictures(wallpaper).Microsoft paint does not work.
Is there a free jpg viewer?Or a program that dell forgot?
Thanks in advance.
Kodak picture viewer is not there either.
 
Adobe PhotoShop Album 2 Starter Edition.

This is a great FREE bit of software. Might be a bit of an over kill as just
a "JPG Viewer" though.
