Skeleton Man made a pretty good point, your location is
significant.
It is "possible" though, that you could use satellite or a
terrestrial radio based type. The latter might be more
common on the outskirts of larger cities where there is
dense enough population to create a user base within a ~
15(?) mi. radius of the radio tower. You might ask a local
computer shop, the odds are better they'd know, or consult
the yellow pages.
